In my opinion, if this is to make sense, the "Diese" can only refer to "Ausdruck" (print out). But then, the German grammar is not correct. If the "Diese" refers to "Ausdruck" then the "vorliegen" also makes sense and doesn't need to be specified because it simply means that the deparmtents mentioned have the print outs. In such a case, if I know the client well enough, I normally inform them about the possibility of a grammar mistake in their source text. Usually they are grateful, especially if the source is published as well. |
