PAPER CLIP AND BINDER DEVICE Explanation: THis might be it - check out number 6 and 8 on this list they are the same patent with Eng/Ger registration -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 2 hrs (2010-01-13 11:24:57 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Reflecting on Teresa's comments I think that this is obviously the 'paper fastener/release mechanism' used on a clipboard. The clipboard is key to the device being called a paper clip and binder device. It collects (binds) and fastens (clips) the paper to the board.
