German term or phrase: überarbeitetes Austauschteil
As an alternative to buying an original XXX part for:
Achswelle, Gelenkwelle, Lenkgetriebe, Bremssattel

Komplett überarbeitetes XXX Austauschteil mit starken Kostenvorteilen

Would this perhaps be "reconditioned" or "refurbished" parts? This is an option offered by the car dealership workshop to all customers. British English if poss but all suggestions greatly appreciated!

überarbeitetes Austauschteil
refurbished spare part

Explanation:
The idea here is that previously used parts are refurbished and used again. This way a lot of money can be saved.
