I don't know if anyone can access the data, but everything is explained in various languages in the BMW KSD guidelines - KSD stands for Kaufmännische Service Daten, i.e. Commercial Service Data, and is used in all languages as the name of the system.

Here's a page from KSD showing the abbreviation FR for Flat Rate

The following procedure walks you through the typical steps to create a Work Unit.

To create a Work Unit:

On the CSM Desktop Client toolbar, click New>New Work Unit.

Catalog Item: Select a Catalog Item (ex: Generic Laptop).
Catalog Item information (pulled from the Supplier Catalog Item record) displays in the Main Pane as read-only text, and the Supplier Catalog Item and Agreement records display as abbreviated read-only forms in the Form Arrangement.

Arbeitswerte
work units, time units

However, I would also like to mention here that the entry "work unit" for "Arbeitswert" already exists in the proZ directory, therefore this translation may actually be redundant.
