Reference: Auslagern Reference information: Auslagern n (spannungsbehafteter Gußteile) / weathering n, ageing n, aging n (Kucera, The Compact Dictionary of Exact Science and Technology) Man unterteilt das Aushärten in die drei Behandlungsschritte Lösungsglühen, Abschrecken und Auslagern (Ausscheiden). This time delay is called aging. Solution treatment and aging is sometimes abbreviated "STA" in metals specs and certs. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Precipitation_hardening Effect of pre-aging on precipitation characteristics in aluminium alloys EN AW-6016 and AA 6013# : he artificial aging response of 6xxx alloys is adversely affected by natural aging. In previous papers it was shown that a suitable pre-aging procedure immediately after solution heat treatment is effective in reducing the detrimental effects of natural aging on the artificial aging kinetics. http://wiki.dgm.de/wwiki/wiki/Effect of pre-aging on precipi... Precipitation hardening, because it involves the hardening of the material over a prolonged time, is also called age hardening, or ageing. : The precipitation-hardening process generally involves following three basic steps: a. Solution heat treatment, or homogenization, is the first step where the alloy is heated between the solvus and solidus temperatures and soaked until all of the soluble phases are dissolved and a homogeneous solid-solution structure is produced. b. Quenching is the second step where the solid solution is rapidly cooled to a lower temperature, usually room temperature. This forms the formulation of a supersaturated solid solution (SSSS) since the solubility of one or more alloying elements in aluminium decreases with decreasing temperature. c. The final step in the precipitation hardening process is aging that allows controlled decomposition of the supersaturated solid solution (SSSS) and the formation of strengthening precipitates. It is the process where the supersaturated solution is heated below the solvus temperature to produce a finely dispersed precipitates. When ageing occurs at room temperature, it is called natural ageing. Ageing above room temperature is called artificial ageing. : 2.1.1 Precipitation from supersaturated solid solution After solution heat treatment and quenching, the non-equilibrium phase precipitates from the solid solution on ageing. http://cdn.intechopen.com/pdfs/13405/InTech-Modelling_of_pre... -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 4 days (2012-12-01 16:07:45 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- 3.1 Abbau von Eigenspannungen (Stress relieving) 3.2 Glühverfahren 3.3 Lösungsglühen (Solution treating) und Auslagern (Aging) 3.3.1 Abkühlung (Quenching) : 3.3 Lösungsglühen (Solution Treating) und Auslagern (Aging) Eine großes Spektrum an Härtegraden bei α-β oder β-Legierungen läßt sich durch Lösungsglühen und Auslagern erreichen. |
