German term or phrase: AW- und AZ-Vorgaben
I'm translating an aftersales training brochure. This includes a breakdown of a service advisor's job description. One of his main tasks is described as being "AW- und AZ-Vorgaben". This is on its own in a list. I know AZ could stand for 'Auftragszentrum' but I'm not sure about it and I don't know what AW stands for here. Any suggestions welcome!

Many thanks

Rebecca.

Explanation:
