locking pins / securing pins Explanation: The pins are inserted e.g. in doors, moving parts, raised parts, etc. to secure them against indavertent movement during maintenance or repairs. In your case, some of the pins are operated electropneumatically when a maintenance or service switch is actuated. In farm machinery, "Abstecken" is done typically by means of linch pins. Plenty of refs (I do not have the time to find a nice one). |
