What about this? It seems to be a package of measures/activities to
retain or increase customer loyalty. Can you tell if it's a complete CRM package? Though they would probably call it that, if it were.

The module concerns customer relations activities, or even "actions", if you will. "Customer events" might also be an option, as the actions relate directly to customer-specific data.
