I have come across these terms in an EU text I am translating about fertilisers. They occur in the context of the following sentence:

Meantime I have found the expression "adherent earth", so one could say adhering instead of attached.

I think Anhangerde is soil that clings to vegetables after they are harvested. And Wascherde could be the residues left from washing vegetables.
