Aber auch angepasste Mischungen bzw. Formulierungen sind gebräuchlich, welche sich in ihrer Zusammensetzung hinsichtlich primärer Nähr- und Spurenelemente unterscheiden. Dabei müssen die benötigten Elemente im Dünger in einer bioverfügbaren Form vorliegen. Je nach Formulierung gibt es lösliche Sofortdünger, Langzeitdünger und Depotdünger.
