Perhaps you could also play around with "sustainable" as this fits the organic context perfectly ("partnerships/relationships ought to be of a sustainable nature" or similar).

I think the "Kommunikation" bit is rather odd usage here - I'd expect to see sth. along the lines of "die Geschäftsbeziehung ist daher mittelfristig (orientiert)".

thank you to everybody. I think I will use "medium-term sustainable communication" - to ensure it sounds positive. In my mind, to use "medium-term" alone does not come across as positive.
