agree  Kcda: A hard to render term. Then again it also not common in German nor in practice! How many people have a butcher come to the door step? Wow, what a luxury item/service. :) / Thks. for clarifying further.

  -> Thanks Kcda, but the mail-order butcher won't come to your doorstep. You simply order the cuts you'd like, and they'll be sent to you by mail. Quite common, actually, and not all that expensive. Organic farmers do it as well.
