Rasenpflege = lawn maintenance/care
Explanation:
Lawn grooming does generate a lot of hits, but I have always heard lawn maintenance or lawn care...grooming I tend to associate more with hair, either people or pets.

turf maintenance, pitch maintenance

Explanation:
I'm surprised at the number of agrees to lawn maintenance - in a garden context that would be entirely correct, but the asker says this refers to a stadium. I've never heard of a stadium being described as containing a lawn - a stadium contains turf, or a pitch (e.g. for football). Or am I missing something?
