even though googling "controlled integrated cultivation" showed no hits, "integrated cultivation" had more than 4 mio. and I ended up using it. I agree with steffen that "certified" would require "biologisch" or "ökologisch".

agree  Steffen Walter: A note also to the asker: this is NOT equivalent to organic. In German-speaking countries, producers would have to use "aus kontrolliert *biologischem* Anbau" or "aus kontrolliert *ökologischem* Anbau" (these are protected designations).
