I know exactly what this means, thing is all I've ever heard it called in English is "muck spreading", which I don't think would fit too well in this document! The text is promoting the use of a new flow metering device in the agricultural industy.

Ausbringen = to spread Jauche = liquid manure

Explanation:
Source for liquid manure is Haensch Wörterbuch der Landwirtschaft. The term for ausbringen is definitely spreading and nothing else. I am afraid, all suggestions here are not common at all and at times stilted. I have translated loads of that stuff in both directions. Liquid manure spreading is what you want. Slurry is Gülle and I guess that refers to pig excrements.

Explanation:
I have the "Dictionnaire technologique du machinisme et des équipements agricoles" (6 languages).
It doesn't give "Jaucheausbringung", but "Jaucheberegnung" = "liquid manure sprinkling" (it gives Jauche as being liquid manure). Since Ausbringung means "distribution" (ref. Eurodicautom), I believe you can translate in English as "manure sprinkling" or "manure distribution".
The French term is "purinage" or "épandage de purin".

Stephen: about your suggestion about slurry, the same dictionary says thus:
slurry/semi-liquid manure = Gülle, Flüssigmist ("lisier" in French); this dictionary seems thus to make a distinction between "manure" ("Jauche") and "slurry" (Gülle)

Explanation:
The crux of the matter here seems to be not the spreading of it on the fields but calculating how much has actually been removed from the stall so that an accurate invoice can be presented to the farmer for the service performed.

For example, if the service provider is being paid for each cartload moved or spread the question might be: Was the muck-cart filled to its maximum capacity? The provider would say yes, everytime, but the farmer might dispute this!

But if the service provider is being paid for removal by volume, and the amount removed is being measured, there is very little room for dispute.

And now, just for something completely different and a bit of a giggle on this Friday afternoon, to the tune of "The Long and the Short and the Tall" (I think) - a tale of malodorous woe:
