Explanation:
I googled this company, and they are listed as organic wholesalers, so you're OK saying organically grown (there is a legal as well as an agricultural definition as to what constitutes organic). And with no further context I would just stick with food products, which would include eggs, meats, and dairy products as well as fruits and vegetables.
