(easily) leached soil Explanation: An extremely tentative suggestion! Could this be used to describe a soil which is quickly leached of nutrients (also rasch ausgelaugt)? I have found one other occurence beside yours which made reference to "sandige und verschießender Böden". | verschießender Boden sandy soil Explanation: Sandy soil would be right for light agriculture. Since it seems to be an advertisement, I don't think there would be a negative reference to the soil.
