combi(nation) radio
Explanation:

Design Specifications. The ARC-182 was designed to be the US Navy standard combination radio for various tactical aircraft. Previous systems were composed of individual radios for each major frequency band. The capability to communicate at the VHF-FM (30 MHz-88 MHz) close-air support, VHF-AM (108 MHz-156 MHz) air traffic control, and UHF-AM (225 MHz-400 MHz) military frequency ranges required at least three separate radios. The sheer size and weight of these units incurred a significant penalty for aircraft equipment installation volume, weight and primary power allocations.

Air Force now uses a Talon Hook UHF/GPS combination radio
American pilots now use the Talon Hook which is both a UHF FM radio and a GPS receiver. Its radio signal is encrypted to prevent the bad guys from listening in. The GPS receiver is accurate to the radius of a chopper’s rotor blades.

COMM/NAV Radios Pictured is a combination radi which allows the pilot to communicate with Air Traffic Control and use GPS to navigate. This example even uses a virtual moving map to display the aircraft position.

jccantrell's suggestion is definitely another possibility, i.e. <multi[-]band radio

e.g.:
Harris Corporation (NYSE:HRS), an international communications and information technology company, successfully demonstrated its new Falcon® III multiband manpack radio during a 10-day U.S. Army exercise that focused on integrating new networking technologies into the Patriot missile communications system. The U.S. Army exercise is part of a transformational Army program designed to prepare Patriot to be part of the next-generation Army Integrated Air & Missile Defense - System of Systems.

agree  jccantrell: I would not abbreviate it with 'combi' in English, but this is what I would use. You might also look into "multi-band."
