Die luftfahrtrechtlichen Genehmigungen sind noch ausstehend.

These are the permits/licences/authorisations for the hot air balloon to be used for marketing (see previous query). If I use "aviation permits" it suggests (to me) that the balloon pilot doesn't have his permit yet, when in fact it's the company which needs the necessary authorisation to fly. What would be the correct term for this?
