Secondo me sei di fronte ad un errore di battitura.
Il riferimento è senz'altro questo:
Décret n°67-223 du 17 mars 1967 PORTANT RAP POUR L'APPLICATION DE LA LOI 65557 DU 10 JUILLET 1965 FIXANT LE STATUT DE LA COPROPRIETE DES IMMEUBLES BATIS (primo link)
L'articolo 67 non prevede un 67-2, e la parola "réunion" compare solo agli artt. 9, 12, 15, 18.
Sarebbe utile conoscere la frase intera per meglio valutare.
