a mio avviso si tratta del RTT. In parole povere, per RTT, si intende il tempo che impiega un pacchetto per andare da un computer della rete ad un altro e tornare indietro.
Praticamente (anche come suggerisce Wikipedia - http://it.wikipedia.org/wiki/Round_Trip_Time) un'andata client-server ed il ritorno server-client.

E' un termine utilizzato anche nella lingua francese ma, a voltte, viene sostituito con "délais aller-retour".

Asker: Grazie per la risposta, la mia domanda però è specificamente al plurale in quanto vorrei sapere come rendere il termine proprio al plurale... le andate e i ritorni mi suona un po' strano, ma se è un'espressione accettata, mi arrendo! Grazie mille e buon 2015!
