acquisite Explanation: Le commissioni di sottoscrizione e di riscatto vanno ad aumentare il prezzo di sottoscrizione pagato dall’investitore o a diminuire il prezzo di rimborso. Le commissioni acquisite dal FCI servono a compensare le spese sopportate dal FCI per investire o disinvestire il patrimonio conferito. Le commissioni non acquisite dal FCI vanno alla società di gestione finanziaria delegata, all’istituto che commercializza il FCI, ecc. Le commissioni di sottoscrizione e di rimborso aumenteranno il prezzo di sottoscrizione pagato dall’investitore o diminuiranno il prezzo di rimborso. Le commissioni acquisite dal FCP servono a compensare le spese supportate dal FCP per investire o disinvestire gli averi affidati. peer agreement (net): +1a favore Explanation: D'accordo che il senso è acquisite, ma io ho sempre evitato di tradurlo letteralmente, perché secondo me appesantisce il discorso. Io preferisco forme più fluide e di uso comune: tipo "Le commissioni spettanti/a favore etc. della società di gestione, etc.." |
