Sembra ridondante (mio personale punto di vista) Vania Dionisi Italy al di là 09:27 Mar 25, 2011  del significato della frase intera, è proprio il verbo "apprécier" che viene molto spesso utilizzato in questo senso. puoi dare la sfumatura "presi in considerazione" se valutati non ti piace o cercare altro. Ma secondo me apprécier in questo contesto non lascia dubbi in quanto al senso. Però la costruzione "i servizi valutati" la trovo francamente pesante e l'enfasi con il punto esclamativo finale mi dà la sensazione di commenti positivi.
