Il dizionario che ho io (il boch) come traduzione fornisce "misirizzi" e "saltamartino". Facendo una ricerca su google sembra però che questi due nomi siano solo validi in alcune regioni mentre in generale il nome del gioco non viene tradotto. Io quindi opterei per non tradurre.
