Sto traducendo il sito internet di un'azienda che produce carne tritata per le industrie alimentari.
Viene spesso citato il termine "égrené de viande", talvolta contrapposto a "viande hachée". Dall'immagine (che non cerdo di poter ripotare per motivi di privacy) sembrano essere dei piccoli agglomerati di carne tritata. Qualche idea?
