| éclats croustillant germogli croccanti Explanation: confidence MINIMO ci vorrebbe un madrelingua, ma a me sembra che questo testo sia un po' sctitto a caso, ed ho la sensazione che sia una traduzione a capocchia da un'altra lingua - magari sto pendendo un granchio enorme. eclat per germogli, diamant per (gemme o) germi il "De" forse non dovrebbe stare li In più penso che sia "di soia" o non "di salsa di soia".
