Lorsque vous avez l'intention de congeler un produit quel qu'il soit, n'oubliez pas de mettre le congélateur au grand froid au moins 6 heures avant d'y placer votre produit à congeler pendant 24 heures d'un façon générale, puis ramenez la température à -18°C pour la conservation du produit.

Les croissants cuits se congèlent parfaitement. Enveloppez-les séparément dans des feuilles d'aluminium, groupez-les en sachets, étiquetez. Rangez-les au grand froid pendant 24 heures, puis laissez-les à -18°C. La conservation est d'environ 4 mois. Ci vorrebbe un francofono, secondo me, che riuscisse a capire se si parla di frigo o di freezer. Per questo ti avevo proposto una soluzione in alternativa.
