omroeren, doen keren, vermengen Explanation: Il nous faut très régulièrement bâtonner les vins blancs, c’est-à-dire, pour faire simple…, qu’il faut ‘mélanger’ les vins afin de mettre toutes les lies en suspension pour aider au mûrissement ! Traditionnellement cela se faisait avec un grand bâton, d’où le terme de « bâtonner ». |
