Ebenezer zette zijn tanden op elkaar. Hij zocht naar een manier om deze "double-entendre" te beeindigen. Het gaat om een gesprek met een dubbele bodem, maar een dubbele bodem lijkt me moeilijk te beeindigen. ???? Gewoon "dit gesprek met een dubbele bodem te be-eindigen"?
