agree  Edward Plaisance Jr: yes to the translation...but what in the world does it mean? And what is IRR here? I only know of Internal Rate of Return, used in financial calculations. IRI...aha...now it makes sense...thanks

  -> Thanks! Sorry for the mistake. I meant the IRI (Islamic Republic of Iran) is based on a system of values and sanctities. According to the pros of the system, one of the means of the enemy is desanctification of these values.
