We make that into 100 subdivisions. But we do not sub-sub divide these hence the use of the word "Mosha". out of this 100 bits you are selling 4of them. you can use either undivided or common held for the word "Mosha". The choice is yours. Mosha = held in undivided shares, held in common Daang = share;sixth part |
