An affidavit, about the applicant, by three relatives. At least one of the 3 relatives must present his/her passport to the consular section and sign the affidavit in the presence of an official therewith. 2.Prepare a power of attorney. 3.Prepare a warranty. 4. Present a written application for guardianship military service. 5. Prepare power of attorney (1,2) for pursuing matters at the higher education and military service institutions. 6. Photocopies of pages 2-9 passport and the page holding the visa and photocopy of birth certificate. 7. 6 photograph. 8.
