Thank you for returning to the original legal context. The only dictionary I found gardeshkar in was my Persian-English legal dictionary and the only definition was "abstract of record".

Depending on the asker's context, "proceedings" could work.

Every other place I saw gardeshkar was in Persian websites where the meaning was "workflow".

It would be interesting to know how this word and its meanings developed and diverged.

In this context گردش کار basically means the summary of legal actions done and what the court had done afterwards, so I think "proceedings" will be a good option.

It should be pretty obvious that the various Persian sites using gardeshkar (especially the ones that include workflow charts) are using this concept and not "procedure"

After searching numerous Persian sites I realized that "gardeshkar" was taken from the English concept of "work flow" or "work flow charting/diagramming". In fact several sites included work flow charts. Check http://www.chto-khr.ir/news/show_detail.asp?id=165 (go down to paragraph 6)
