Persian (Farsi) term or phrase: Ez sararoush mibare
This is from the Iranian serial چهارخونه.

See https://www.dropbox.com/s/3sxruuw6vf5xmga/Lahi man duresh pa... A young woman, young man, and an older woman are discussing having children. The young man is saying that men prefer to have a boy and the young woman is saying that women prefer to have a girl. The older woman says that both are good and the same in the eyes of God.

It sounds like the older woman says "ez sararoush mibare" at the end of this clip. Is "sararoush" the pronunciation of "سروش" (an angel from God delivering a child)?

Ez sararoush mibare = ?

Thanks.

His appearance (manner) shows that....
Explanation:
The saying is "از سر و روی کسی باریدن". This idiom means "someone's manner and/or appearance shows something clearly". Here the term is سر و رو (literally: "head and face" which means appearance) and it is totally different from mythological سروش.

آقایی از سر رو روش می باره = His manner/appearance shows his high dignity.
