I mean a note high up on the musical scale, for example a note which is written at the top of the picture of the five lines used to write music

I think that yüksek in Turkish refers to loudness, not to height of pitch, but I may be wrong.

It is not about screaming when singing, but give a pitch from the high end unlike you initially thought.
