Over the top... Explanation: I have found hundreds of sites regarding step aerobics, even little animations showing how to do the steps, none in Swedish. As step aerobics was ´invented´ and branded by Reebok, perhaps these words aren´t translated? I enclose the animation one, just for fun. Reference: http://www.turnstep.com/Moves/index.html |

göra uppstigningar Explanation: Det är väl som tidigare svarar anger, men: när man t.ex. inom fri idrott tränar benstyrka genom att med eller utan vikter (t.ex. skivstång på axlarna) göra motsvarande rörelse (med hjälp av bänk eller trappa etc.)så talar man om att man gör uppstigningar. Kunde detta vara använbart ? (logisk term i alla...) |
