• It would have to have a strong brand image and logo, one that was easily and quickly recognized by potential customers.
• It needs to invoke positive brand credits. By this, we mean the brand and its logos and images, must bring to the customers’ mind
- Strong, positive feelings
- About things which are important to him
- And, most importantly, differentiate between this brand and other competing brands.

However, the image that is formed in the potential customer’s mind, in other words, what he sees as the brand, the logos and images, is only the tip of the iceberg.
Underneath the water, so to speak, emotional bonds are being established between the brand and the potential customer, which again, is what we call the brand credit.
