Tycker "fall" låter helt osvenskt i sammanhanget; "motivering" verkar stämma bättre med vad det handlar om.
Och "business" verkar inte ha särkilt mycket väsentligt att göra med vad det handlar om. Det är väl mest för att dessa typer av ekonomiska motiveringar famförallt började populariseras inom engelska affärssammanhang som ordet "business" hängde på.
