agree  Katarina Lindve: bara ett påpekande: i amerikanska företag kan det finnas flera vice president, men i svenska företag finns det bara en vice ordförande - därför är detta en lösning även om chef är en annan, bättre lösning i mina ögon - speciellt om ansvarsområdet framgår.
