English term or phrase: matrixed organisation
What's the Swedish term for this?

A **matrixed organization** groups employees based on what they do for the company, along with what project they're working on. Depending on how your matrix is structured, employees could work on different projects at the same time, and managers will supervise the different groups. A project manager will supervise all the aspects of a project, from its beginning stages to its completion.
