But other possible translations of “lead our 10 faculties” are:

1) - “Educadores e investigadores galardonados lideran nuestras 10 facultades…” (This is textual translation)

2) - “Educadores e investigadores galardonados conducen nuestras 10 facultades”.

English verb “lead” = in Spanish: “liderar”. (Collins English Spanish Dictionary).

Third person of the plural in the Present tense of “liderar” = “lideran”.
