minimum allowance minimalni neplenivi prihod Explanation: The ST is formulated in a strange way; what is basically meant is that if the debtor has some regular source of income, the debt collectors will help themselves from there. But they can not take the whole of this regular income, they must leave to the debtor a certain minimum amount - a "minimum [monthly] allowance" (minimum koji se dopušta dužniku da zadrži za sebe = what the debtor is allowed to keep). The amount of this "minimum allowance" i.e. amount that will not be taken away is equated to the "social security allowance" (= socijalna davanja za nezaposlene i sl.) |
