Prema objašnjenju datom na dolenavedenom linku, kod ovakve vrste radnog odnosa poslodavac i zaposleni nemaju uzajamnih obaveza (pod određenim uslovima). Zato predlažem "neobavezujuć", a moglo bi se uzeti u obzir i "neobavezan", "neobligatoran", itd. Dakle, "neobavezujuć radni odnos".

Osim u slučaju prinudnog ili obaveznog rada, svako stupanje u radni odnos je, pretpostavljam, "po (slobodnoj) volji", ali to ne isključuje izvesne obaveze poslodavca i zaposlenog.
