Prema objašnjenju datom na dolenavedenom linku, kod ovakve vrste radnog odnosa poslodavac i zaposleni nemaju uzajamnih obaveza (pod određenim uslovima). Zato predlažem "neobavezujuć", a moglo bi se uzeti u obzir i "neobavezan", "neobligatoran", itd. Dakle, "neobavezujuć radni odnos".
