Ovde se radi o tečnosti u koju se materijal potapa u jednoj od faza procesa toplog cinkovanja:

Prvi stepen je razmašćivanje u kiselom razmašćivaču, zatim sledi luženje u hlorovodoničnoj kiselini. Kada su elementi metalno čiste, ponovo se ispiraju u vodi i potapaju u rastvor fluksa. Sledi

It is composed of zinc chloride and ammonium hydrochloride in the form of double salt ZnCl2 – 2 (NH4 Cl or triple Zn Cl2 – 3 (NH4 Cl).
It features a wetting agent and possibly alkaline chlorides (Hcl, Kcl, etc.) which reduce its fusion temperature.
