English term or phrase: hard cash saving
The Cost Avoidance value is an indicative “soft saving” given it is an estimate ahead of actual buying delivery and market performance. Therefore, this value shouldn’t be used in the budgeting process for this reason.

However, those markets, which in their Media Budget setting process plan for a certain % of inflation and increase the planned investment level to accommodate higher projected market media costs, could consider Inflation Mitigation as a “potential hard cash saving” since it has the potential to reduce the spend vs. Budget. While it can be ‘planned for’, it would need to be validated vs. actual market performance at the end of the year.

Notes to answerer
Asker: Znam i ja da je u pitanju ušteda u gotovini, ali me buni "hard cash", jer očigledno nije isto što i "cash savings". Ili možda jeste?

disagree  Daryo: what about the "hard" vs "soft" bit? you meant "ušteda"?
