"TK Telekom" shall have the right at any time to suspend rendering the Service, whereas the Partner shall be obliged to pay charges for the period of the Service being suspended, or terminate the Service without period of notice – when confirming non-execution or improper execution of the provisions of the Agreement by the Partner, including the provisions of this Attachment hereof, breach of the provisions of the Regulations or applicable law in relation to the use of the Service, and in particular transmitting or enabling to transmit information not ordered by its recipient, and also making available to other persons the resources (such as a specific area of hard disk memory, dynamic memory and configuration of the programmes) or information (including text data and program scripts saved in the above mentioned memories) in order to use them for operations connected with transmitting information not ordered by its recipient, and in particular, ones breaching the provisions of the Act of 18 July 2002 on rendering services by electronic mail.
