The Spanish delegation stated that, if according to the draft Decision all the periods must be taken into account for the opening of the right (to receive a benefit - aut. past.), SED P5000 can not distinguish between periods for the entitlement and periods for the calculation because it is contradictory.

Bandau suprasti, "periods for the entitlement" - "laikotarpiai, už kuriuos turima teisė gauti išmokas"? O "periods for calculation"? Gal kaip nors "laikotarpiai, už kuriuos skaičiuojamos išmokos"? Vis tiek neaišku, kuo jie skiriasi.

Iš tiesų, jei teisės į išmokas laikotarpis yra vienas, o /išmokų apskaičiavimo laikotarpis yra kitas, t.y. jei skiriasi - tai tikrai gali būti "contradictory", kaip ir pasakyta sakiny.
