Šis priešdėlis reiškia, kad veiksmas vyksta „iš anksto“. Nelabai ateina į galvą geras į vieną lietuvišką žodį sudėtas frazės „iš anksto numatantis [ar veikiantis]“ sinonimas, tačiau manau, kad šiame tekste ne ką prasčiau tiktų sakyti ir „įžvalgus“ arba „gerai numatantis“.
