Biro Pusat Statistik Malang menggunakan istilah yang merupakan terjemahan harfiah belum dicakup di tempat lain dalam klasifikasi ini (Ref 1). Namun, itu terlalu panjang dan kurang halus. Usul saya, di luar cakupan kategori yang ada (bisa disingkat: LCK). Ini karena dalam sensus penduduk, istilah yang dipakai BPS adalah kategori (Ref 2).

Untuk agama, Sangat mungkin bahwa yang nantinya terjadi adalah pembentukan kategori baru, bukan memasukkan ke kategori yang ada. Ini karena penolakan dari kategori agama yang ada bisa sangat kuat. (Lihat kasus Ref 3).
