Viksy; jika kita menerjemahkan karyawan, maka orang atau organisasi tersebut harus secara langsung ada di dalam struktur organisasi yang melakukan aktifitas tersebut. Tapi kalau terpisah sebenarnya terjemahan kolega atau rekanan sudah tepat, jadi ide apa sebenarnya yang membuat Anda merasa tidak cocok dengan konteks yang yang Anda maksud? Saya rasa dalam hal ini, yang dimaksudkan adalah rekanan untuk melakukan suatu aktifitas atau tindakan, yang dalam suatu organisasi itu sendiri (yng dimaksud dalam konteks) tidak memadai untuk melakukan itu
